TERROIR
As an autumn afternoon after the storm, the path that winds through ferns and pine needles accompanies an earthy smell, where mushrooms and the leaves carpet drive us into a journey of colours that warm us up. Some ripe red fruits, to remind us of the summer that just ended, are waiting to touch the ground.
MAKING
Traditional, de-stemming controlled low temperature fermentation, aged 10 months in tanks.
